Questions
Asked before booking.
Do you do participant photos by bib number?
No. That is a different service run by specialist firms with face and bib search. We shoot for the organiser, sponsors and athletes who book us, and we make pictures meant to be seen.
Can sponsors use the pictures?
Named sponsors are written into the quote and get the same rights as the organiser. Sponsors who are not named can license a set afterwards.
How do you cover a long course?
We plan positions from the route map and timing estimates, move between them, and agree the priorities with you before the day.
Can an athlete book you directly?
Yes. A training session or a race-day feature for one athlete. Tell us the goal and we plan the day around it.
What about rain?
We shoot in it. The kit is weather-sealed and we carry covers. If the event is cancelled, your deposit moves to the new date.
How soon do organisers get a set to post?
A highlights set first, then the full edit. Tell us when your post-event comms go out and we plan the edit around it.
