How fast can we have photos for a LinkedIn post?
Ask for a same-day highlights set when you book and we build the time in. The full edit follows after. We agree both in the quote.
How much are headshots on their own?
Yes. We set up a headshot corner on location with backdrop and lighting, on its own or alongside event coverage, and quote by headcount.
Can the photos be used in advertising?
Internal, web and social use is included. Paid advertising use can be added to any quote.
Do you need a brief?
A run sheet and a list of the people who must be photographed. We send a short form when you book, and we call the day before if anything is unclear.
What if the event runs over?
Extra time is billed by the hour at the rate in your quote. We check with you before we stay on.
How do we book and pay?
A 30% deposit holds the date. The balance is due on delivery. You can move the date once at no cost if you tell us more than 14 days ahead.
