Asked before booking.
How soon do we get the pictures?
You get a set of selects first, usually within a few working days, then the full edit after. We agree the timeline in the quote before the day.
Can we use the photos in paid ads?
Yes. Tell us where the pictures will run and paid use is written into the quote.
Do our members need to sign anything?
Anyone recognisable in a frame you plan to publish should sign a short release. We bring them and handle it on the day, and we tell you who has signed.
Do you bring lights?
Yes. Most gyms are dark and uneven, so we carry a small lighting kit and work around your sessions without stopping them.
Can we get the raw files?
No. You get edited, finished files. Raw files are unfinished work and we do not release them.
What do we need to prepare?
Three or four members or staff who are happy on camera, a tidy floor, and an hour where we can move freely. We send a one-page prep sheet when you book.
